The CBC has a whole section devoted to cell phone fees and confusion. Of course, the CBC's influence? Not a whole lot unless you're the Lottery Corporation.
I'm a freelance writer living in Toronto. Even though I'm in my twenties, I'm still a kid at heart. I prefer play to work and like life to be whimsical and light-hearted. Hmm... that's about it!
