Bell has announced a $7 unlimited data plan for the HTC Touch and it is spinning madly why the Touch gets a $7 plan, while Blackberrys and other Smartphones pay nearly 10x more. Let's face facts, Bell is scared about the iPhone and making a pre-emptive play. But it won't win any customers with this Jekyll and Hyde play.I already complained about this here and here.
